Are 100 calorie packs is healthy diets?

I think they are gimmicks. We examined some of them and they still contain enriched flour, corn syrup, high fructose syurp, colors and artificial flavors, etc. for about the same amount of calories, I'll have some fruit (yes it has sugar in it, it's natural sugar) or just 30 or 40 calories, I'm having granola bar, a natural-organic Trader Joe's. (I do not know how many calories of other brands of all-natural granola bars. I buy the Trader Joe's because they are cheap, only $ 1.99 for a box of six). I think that companies simply rely on people to lookintg the front of the box with the demands of Nice made with whole grains (which could well be on the list, after enriched flour and sugar false) and only 100 calories, etc. I do not buy them because they are expensive (perhaps they would be comprable to other brands of granola bars all-natural) and are made with artificial sweetener.
