Is this really high-end makeup different from drugstore makeup?
All my other makeup products are purchased at the pharmacy. I tried to upscale makeup before but I do not really see a big difference. I think it's a bit ridiculous how people believe that the high-end makeup is better. Maybe I just have not noticed?
Sometimes I notice that some things are better to buy pharmacy, while others are better things to buy at Sephora or Ulta. For example, mascara. There is literally no difference. I tried about four different mascaras expensive and I don `t rebuy one of them because honestly pharmacies worked better and The most expensive are double to triple the price. It `s just throw money away if you ask me. Eyeliner is another thing that I don `t buy that` s high range. I tried Urban Decay black eyeliner and there really isn `ta difference at all between this and other eyeliners. Some people might disagree with me, but there is no way I `m going to pay $ 18 for an eyeliner that will take place in less than a month. But Eye shadow is another story. If you buy eyeshaow more upscale, it is usually more pigmented. Example: Urban Decay and shadows from Sephora brand. The colors look better and last longer. Also, I can not buy my Urban Decay Primer Potion because it is the best eye shadow base ever and is totally worth the money. Since 75% of my makeup is a pharmacy, but every once in a while I like to splurge on some makeup expensive. Just be careful what you buy, that `s all.
