Would you go to one to one tea room / restaurant bistro U.S.?
I am in R / D part of the opening of a restaurant. I think a tea house with a range of teas varieity. In addition, there will be an American style bistro serving breakfast and lunch. The menu consists of common elements, but with a key. As a beneidict eggs with grilled polenta rounds and topped with a tomato Panchet dried holindaise. Or as grilled duck breast on onion and roll walnut. Then after lunch the service is to remain open for 1-2 hours tea. have several types of Loose Tea (15) you would be able to order tea for one or two or three or whatever and it would be tea, pastries, sandwiches Assorted fruit and tea for the table. Nice and relaxed, but not stuffy like a tea English, more American. If this was your nieghborhood city or would you go one, two, or on a regular basis.
I wish I had a tea house near me. In fact, I had planned to open one myself! Please do not use the tea bag teas … if they are a terrible imitation of real tea. You can talk to www.adagio.com they sell tea in tea houses in bulk.
