How is spread the weight of a door frame using an iron bar gym total upper body pullup?
My door was thin wood trim likely place with finishing nails and I am concerned that the plastic bar that rests on the door might break the trim. Does this piece to exert sufficient of downward force to push the cut (I'm 250 pounds)? Would increasing the plate with 2 "wood screws to prevent the filling from breaking?
