What are the benefits of eating nuts?
I have been dried fruit in my breakfast instead of sugar, then thought that if it was really worth?
More filling, fiber, less sugar (carbohydrates generally arise form of complex carbohydrates), vitamins and minerals. Fresh fruit is always better, but if you replace the sugar that is ….. a good initiative.
