How to adjust psi on a Kegerator. What psi should I keep my Labatt (lager) to?
I just got a new house built Kegerator and put into a barrel of my favorite beer, Labatt. What psi should I target? So how exactly do u adjust? Is this the T-handle attached a screw with a nut on it? Thx!
A pilsner should be pressurized to about 12 or 13 PSI. You should be able to adjust pressure gauge connected to the CO2 tank. This is usually done with a flathead screwdriver. Turn until you reactions the desired pressure. If you go too high, you have to pull the safety valve in order to recover for the lowest paid.
